1. Production & Order Processing

Each Kanak Kriti piece is subject to a rigorous quality control check before it leaves our atelier.

  • Ready-to-Ship Collections: Dispatched within 48–72 hours.
  • Made-to-Order / Bespoke: These garments require [X] to [X] weeks for precision tailoring. You will receive periodic email updates on the progress of your garment.
  • Alteration Services: If you have requested specific alterations, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

2. Domestic & International Delivery

We partner with premium carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to provide secure, tracked shipping worldwide.

3. Signature Requirement & Security

4. Premium Packaging (The Unboxing Experience)

To minimize creasing and protect the structure of the shoulder pads and lapels, your suit will be shipped:

  • Inside a heavy-duty, reinforced shipping box to prevent crushing.
  • With a complimentary high-quality hanger (where applicable).

5. Taxes, Duties & Customs
